1. Utah Small Business Development Center

This site has a wide variety of information including start-up assistance, funding, business continuity and a creditsmart online program. If you look up start-up assistance you will find an assessment form, business checklist, business evaluation worksheet, Utah small business start-up guide and financing sources. Under finance sources there is a SBA Finance Primer video that is very helpful in describing SBA's guide to loans guaranty programs.

This site has an assessment center for your business plan, talks about entrepreneurial readiness and information about whether you qualify for a loan. They have an incubator program that provides entrepreneurs with office space, conference rooms and mentoring services to help jump start the business in the first two years.
